Syarat Penyertaan:-
1. Telah memiliki sijil Pengenalan
2. Telah memiliki sijil Peringkat Satu unit yg disebut diatas.
3. Telah menyiapkan tugasan Peringkat II dan mempunyai buku log peringkat II.
4. Semua peserta dari tahun 2016 sehingga 2019
Permohonan boleh diajukan melalui Pengerusi Latihan Daerah masing-masing.
Satu surat panggilan dan surat pelepasan JPN akan dikeluarkan dlm masa terdekat ini.
